Scientist

A P&G Scientist will be responsible for: Support Oral Care MPD pilot plant operations by executing dentifrice batch-making activities, coordinating raw material readiness, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting product development programs. The role requires working closely with scientists and technicians to prepare batches, manage records, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced R&D manufacturing environment. Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application. Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work Must haves: Must have a BS degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations. Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques gained in academic or industrial settings.
