Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Urgent Care

Location: Lodi, CA 95240

Duration: 8 weeks

Work Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Employment Type: Travel Contract

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician (MD).
• Perform admission assessments and ongoing patient reassessments.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Perform clinical procedures including phlebotomy, injections, and drug screenings.
• Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and Cerner EMR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Restock clinical supplies and maintain a clean, organized patient care environment.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active California LVN License
• Current BLS certification (AHA or approved provider)
• Minimum 12 years of LVN experience in Urgent Care or Ambulatory Care
• Epic EMR experience required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
