Litigation Paralegal - eDiscovery

About the Role We are looking for a proactive, client-focused, solutions oriented Litigation Paralegal or eDiscovery professional with legal firm experience to join our team in the DFW area. In this role, you will partner directly with clients, help guide litigation support strategy, and deliver practical, solution-oriented service across complex legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and intellectual challenge of high-stakes litigation support while gaining more schedule predictability than a traditional embedded trial paralegal role. Strong experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or Everlaw is important, including but not limited to load file manipulation, data imports, exports, and productions. Experience with legal hold workflows is a plus. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with existing clients by delivering responsive, high-touch support. Lead and coordinate client meetings, training, and virtual sessions that drive adoption and confidence. Support clients with requests such as data processing, loading, exports, and productions. Support Legal Hold workflows. Respond to client questions and requests with urgency, professionalism, and sound judgment. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up notes. Collaborate closely with technologists, consultants, and sales partners to deliver strong client outcomes. Think strategically about eDiscovery needs and help clients develop timely, cost-effective solutions. Create clear, accurate client reports and maintain reliable task and project visibility. How Success Is Measured Consistent contribution to billable work and client-facing support. Timely, accurate handling of client requests and support tickets. Clear reporting, dependable follow-through, and strong task management. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in paralegal, litigation support, or eDiscovery technology/support roles. 3+ years of working in the EDRM and core eDiscovery workflows. 1+ years hands‑on experience with ESI platforms, preferably Reveal, Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools including database management and data manipulation. Experience with legal hold processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
