The Hotel Operations Manager supports the General Manager in leading day-to-day hotel operations while delivering excellent guest service, developing associates, maintaining brand standards, and driving financial performance. This full-time, salaried leadership role oversees key areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop hotel associates
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll
• Support the GM with budgets, expenses, financial objectives, and cost controls
• Maintain company, brand, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds
• Coordinate communication across departments
• Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, and administrative processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hotel industry experience
• 3+ years supervising at least 10 associates
• Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Schedule & Requirements:

• On-site position requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts. 
• Periodic overnight travel may be required. 
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 60 lbs.
