As a Customer Service Representative in Travel , you will have a key role accompanying our clients from the moment they book until they return home. You will be the bridge between their travel dreams and exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel documents, and agency policies.
Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and their satisfaction.
Handle concerns or complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Profile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service (ideally in tourism or hospitality).
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person.
Ease in learning new reservation platforms and systems.
Passion for travel and helping others plan unique experiences.
