General Responsibilities Support project teams in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with subcontractors and vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards on‑site and in the office. Project Management Department Help track project progress and update schedules. Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and communications. Support procurement and logistics coordination. Participate in client meetings and contribute to status reporting. Assist in quantity take‑offs and cost analysis. Help prepare bid packages and proposals. Research materials, labor, and equipment costs. Collaborate with senior estimators to develop competitive pricing strategies. Field Operations Department Support superintendents and field staff with daily operations. Help monitor site safety and compliance. Assist in coordinating deliveries and managing inventory.
