Assistant Manager - Highly Skilled

Join our team at Shell as an Assistant Manager, where you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee store operations, train employees, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
- Direct and assign tasks to meet operational standards
- Ensure compliance with policies and practices
- Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
- Complete weekly inventory
- Assist in administrative duties
- Promote a customer service mentality
- Respond to guest requests promptly
