Maintenance Planner

A growing food manufacturer in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join the day shift team.  Ideal candidates will have experience with supporting maintenance operations in the areas of: scheduling preventive maintenance, generating and tracking work orders, keeping accurate records, tracking equipment history and parts inventory. Pay depends on experience. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits available!

salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting maintenance operations by coordinating preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, tracking and generating work orders, and maintaining accurate records in the maintenance system.
• Assists with tracking equipment history, parts inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Communicates with maintenance and production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, helping improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
