Fulton Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . Responsibilities As the ADON, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will: Coordinate and oversee comprehensive nursing care. Implement specialized procedures and programs to enhance resident outcomes. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Managers to set and achieve goals. Maintain compliance with operational policies, state, and federal regulations. Key Duties Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations. Actively participate in the nursing home survey process. Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs. Supervise, educate, and train nursing personnel. Develop and organize in-service and training programs. Requirements RN license in good standing. Team-oriented with strong leadership skills. Infection Prevention experience preferred.
