Restaurant Manager

Out West Restaurant Group

Restaurant Manager Compensation: $57,784 - $60,000 with Bonus Opportunity. Not eligible for tips. Benefits Comprehensive health insurance. Individual and Family plans (Medical, Dental, Vision). Future possibilities to advance in your career. Responsibilities Contribute to the success of the restaurant’s operations: FOH & BOH. Lead a team to success and provide mentorship; create an enjoyable environment. Optimize profits with labor, along with food & beverage costs, through proper ordering and inventory practices. Handle policies & procedures; maintain compliance. Increase customer satisfaction while managing standards of service. Continuously grow the business through sales and marketing. Always recruit new talent for future staff openings. Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Ensure the quality of food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. Passionate about the taste and temperature of each dish and perfect plate presentations. Demonstrate immaculate standards while maintaining an organized, clean, and orderly restaurant. Requirements Proven management experience (2+ years) in a restaurant supporting large teams; full‑service experience preferred. Demonstrated success in a leadership role. Flexible to work at other locations in the region when needed. Minimum age 21 years. Highly proficient in English verbal, reading & writing communication skills. Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral; ability to adjust focus as needed. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. Vision abilities: distance, close, color, depth, peripheral; ability to adjust focus. Regular use of hands to finger handles or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Language and Reasoning Skills Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, customers, and managers. Ability to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions and implement them. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
