Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing patient-centered therapy services to improve functional abilities and independence. Support treatment plans through clinical interventions and patient education. Responsibilities: Support therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans. Prepare and organize therapy equipment and therapy spaces. Monitor and document patient progress during sessions. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant therapy environment. Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: Hold current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Possess a valid state license or registration as required. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
