Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN)

Position: Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Location: Essex County, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annually Overview We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations in a busy dialysis facility. This role oversees patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while providing hands‑on leadership in a 24‑hour clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing and dialysis staff and ensure high-quality patient care Oversee dialysis treatments, care plans, and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with CMS, ESRD Network, OSHA, and state regulations Lead QAPI initiatives, data tracking, and performance improvementManage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee evaluations Support patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination Maintain equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness standards Collaborate with Medical Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary team Provide direct patient care when needed Requirements Active RN license in New Jersey Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience At least 6 months dialysis experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Benefits Medical & Dental Coverage PTO 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Team-oriented work environment Employee perks & discounts Why Join Us?
