Open Position: Construction Manager OurConstruction Managers partner with Sales Managers to run our local sales and production offices. Candidates for this position will benefit from prior experience and demonstrated success in customer service, conflict resolution, time management, negotiating, and leadership. The ideal candidate is able to maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers and trade partners at all times; as well as leading a team responsible for building scattered site homes throughout a large building area. Wayne Homes Construction Managers deliver quality homes on time and on budget while continually providing an outstanding customer experience. Having the ability to recruit, hire and train production staff and trade partners is a must, and having a background in the home building industry is strongly desired.
