Construction Manager – US, Ohio – 14 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Manager to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program. What you’ll do: Serve as the field-based representative of the Project Manager, acting as the primary “eyes and ears” onsite. Maintain a consistent onsite presence to monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule expectations. Coordinate daily field activities across contractors, subcontractors, vendors, safety teams, and site leadership. Proactively identify and escalate field issues, risks, and conflicts, driving resolution in collaboration with PM and CM. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial), or a related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant hands‑on construction experience. Extensive hands‑on construction management experience in complex industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated environments. Demonstrated experience supporting active construction sites with strong field presence (not purely office‑based PMs).
