Agency Account Manager

About the Role

CE Digital is looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Account Manager to join our growing performance marketing agency.

You'll serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of ecommerce and consumer brand clients, working closely with our media buying, creative, and analytics teams to ensure excellent communication, timely deliverables, and a consistently positive client experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands digital marketing, and knows how to keep multiple accounts moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships across assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate weekly client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
• Work closely with paid media, creative, and analytics teams to keep client deliverables on track.
• Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, priorities, and next steps.
• Track open requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports in collaboration with the strategy team.
• Proactively identify client concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain organized client documentation and account information.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Help ensure clients receive consistent, responsive, and professional service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of account management or client services experience , preferably at a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
• Experience working with ecommerce or DTC brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
