Regional Operations Director

Leading the Mobile Technical Services regional team, the full-time Regional Operations Director will enhance client property value and user satisfaction through effective operational management, financial control, and employee development in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Manage operational aspects of Mobile Technical Services to maintain and improve asset value while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Oversee team training and development to enhance technical qualifications and meet client needs effectively Manage regional P&L and operating expenses, forecasting revenue and expenses while ensuring timely billing and risk management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, maintenance, or construction Minimum seven years of leadership experience in facility maintenance and engineering management Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of facilities engineering operations and financial performance analysis Experience managing union labor resources and Collective Bargaining Agreements
