Registered Nurse Circulator, Operating Room, Full time Days, Lebanon

Shift & Hours 4×10‑hour shifts, Monday‑Friday (day off one weekday). Regular hours are 6:30am–5pm. Weekend, holiday, backup call, and late stay requirements apply. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish the plan of care, coordinate and implement care delivery while anticipating patient needs. Analyze comprehensive clinical information to determine nursing diagnoses. Continuously use the nursing process to assess patient progress toward goals, applying interventions to achieve effective outcomes. Implement strategies that promote health and maintain a safe, healthy environment. Technical Capabilities Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation (Novice) : Adequate proficiency in performing history and physical examinations, identifying problems, and coordinating care. Nursing Patient Education (Novice) : Competent in providing patient education within moderate difficulty scenarios. Care Planning (Novice) : Able to anticipate resource needs, prioritize tasks, and organize work effectively. Evidence‑Based Practice (Novice) : Adequate ability to search for evidence to answer clinical questions under guidance. Core Accountabilities Organizational Impact : Execute duties with understanding of how outputs affect related areas. Problem Solving : Analyze moderately complex problems using technical experience and judgment. Team Interaction : Provide informal guidance and support to team members. Delivering Excellent Services : Offer compassionate service, solve complex problems, and provide meaningful support. Position Qualifications Certifications : Licensed Registered Nurse (LIC) or equivalent. Experience : Minimum 1year of relevant nursing experience.
