The Ancira-Winton Chevrolet, the premier San Antonio Chevy dealer with multiple back-to-back awards, is seeking qualified, experienced retail automotive product specialists to join our team! We reward results and provide you with a generous inventory, excellent income potential, Sundays off, and the tools, ongoing product training, and leadership support to succeed. Schedule: M- F early/late shifts and Saturdays required. Five-day work week. In this job you will meet all kinds of great people, work with a dynamic team of successful, high-producing employees, and help customers find their perfect match when it comes to their transportation needs. Our passion is to create life-long fans! The career path of the Retail Automotive Sales Consultant most often leads to Finance Consultant, Special Credit Finance Consultant, Service Advisor, and management. Exceptional benefits package! You need
- Recent Retail Auto Sales Experience PREFERRED
- Excellent Customer-Relatability and care for their satisfaction
- Professional Appearance
- Reliable/Conscientious Driving Record
- Enthusiastic attitude!
- Interpersonal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills (CDK and VinSolutions a PLUS!)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Drivers License with insurable record.
Minimum insurable age for Sales position is 21.
- Be coachable and enjoy helping PEOPLE!
