We’re partnering with a lifeplan community in the San Antonio, Texas market seeking Sales Specialist or a Sales Counselor who can deliver a white-glove experience and convert leads into move-ins. As the Sales Counselor, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective residents and their families, building credibility quickly, guiding thoughtful conversations, and confidently leading them to a decision. This role is ideal for a polished sales professional who blends emotional intelligence with a strong close. This individual needs to know how to navigate complex, high-value decisions and convert relationships into results. What you will do: Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline of prospective residents. Lead personalized tours and discovery conversations with professionalism, presence, and purpose. Deliver a white-glove move-in experience. Represent the community through networking, events, and relationship-building in the local market Consistently meet and exceed sales and occupancy goals Leverage CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-up, and drive results What we are looking for: Proven success in senior living sales. Strong closing skills with the ability to confidently ask for the business. Executive presence and the ability to build trust with sophisticated, high-end clientele.
