To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) in the field on a permanent and full-time basis. As a Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d), you will support us in providing sustainable solutions to meet the demand for innovative heating, climate, and energy solutions and to explore new opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d), you are responsible for:

• Active customer acquisition: You are primarily responsible for identifying and approaching new customers and actively expanding our customer network in your region
• Exploration of sales potentials: With the help of modern software tools, you analyze your sales area and identify opportunities to increase sales with existing and potential new customers
• Support in the sales process: You support throughout the sales process, from needs analysis to offer creation and order realization, and thus develop into the first point of contact for your customers
• Product and system consulting: You present our innovative product, system, and service novelties in sales talks with the customer
• Market and competition observation: You analyze the market and competition development together with your sales colleagues to optimally utilize acquisition opportunities
• Building customer relationships: With your open and communicative approach, you lay the foundation for long-term and successful customer relationships

Requirements

You are a sales talent with a passion for acquisition and sales. It excites you to win new customers for sustainable solutions. With communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness, you actively contribute to the team. You want to develop in a dynamic growth market.

In addition, you should bring the following qualifications:

• A completed training in the SHK, electrical sector or comparable
• Strong sales affinity and a passion for acquisition and sales are a must
• First practical experience in sales or in a customer-oriented occupation is an advantage
• Fluent German language skills, as well as the willingness to travel regularly and a residence in the sales area

Salary range

The annual salary for this position is between 48,700.00-97,108.00. Factors such as skills, education, experience, and other qualifications can influence the salary within this range. Factors that can influence the salary within this salary range include, but are not limited to, qualifications, education, professional experience, the applicability of a collective labor agreement (CLA), the market-standard compensation for the position, and other special qualifications of the successful candidate.

Additional compensation

This position may be eligible for short-term bonus payments.
