Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Under Car Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a range of undercar services including oil changes, tire services, brake repair and replacement, and suspension work. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and has experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Diagnostics: Using computer‑based diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues in vehicles. Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing wiring, alternators, starters, batteries, and lighting systems. System Installation: Installing new electrical components, such as GPS units, beacon/strobe light. Circuit Analysis: Interpreting technical wiring diagrams and schematics to trace and fix circuit issues. Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine checks on electrical systems to ensure safety and performance Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, computerized systems, and circuit boards. Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency with scan tools, multi‑meters, and other diagnostic equipment. Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems. Certifications: Often require a high school diploma, plus specialized vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive electricity. ASE certification is a strong advantage.
