The Role

We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our framing crew. Your primary focus will be commercial metal stud framing for walls, bulkheads, and ceilings. Whether you are a seasoned pro or have foundational construction skills and are eager to specialize, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Measure, cut, and install metal studs and tracks according to blueprints and layouts.

• Frame interior and exterior walls, doorways, and window openings.

• Operate power tools (impact drivers, chop saws, lasers, drills) safely and efficiently.

• Assist with the installation of sheet metal and structural supports as needed.

• Keep the job site clean, organized, and strictly compliant with OSHA safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Framing Experience: Previous experience in metal or wood framing is highly preferred . If you know how to lay out a wall and build it plumb and square, you'll fit right in.

• Tool Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience and comfort operating construction power tools.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, work on your feet all day, and handle the Texas heat.

• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites around the Austin metro area on time, every day.
