Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in Lexington, KY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or diseases using various treatment techniques. The responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, performing therapeutic exercises, conducting manual therapy, and providing patient education for home care and preventive measures. The role requires maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques Strong Patient Care skills and experience in Home Care Knowledge of Medicine relevant to physical therapy practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) or MPT (Master of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited program Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist CPR and First Aid certification Please contact me directly to learn more about our team and to discuss further details!
