Location: Minneapolis, MN (preferred) Conversion: Contract-to-hire opportunity Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience developing on ServiceNow 5+ years of experience in data engineering or database engineering (or equivalent practical experience through work, education, or training) 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries Experience with ServiceNow Workspace and/or Portal development About the Role We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer to drive reporting and analytics initiatives across the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on enabling data-driven insights across areas such as Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, scalability, and reporting capabilities across the organization.
