Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish) Location: Oklahoma City, OK Industry: Consulting Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, recruiting support, benefits administration, and HR systems management. Job Description: The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and management by assisting with a broad range of human resources activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering excellent internal customer service. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data within HR systems and databases. Support employee lifecycle activities, including new hire onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes. Prepare and process HR documentation related to promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, and organizational updates. Assist with benefits administration and act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefit programs. Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to support compliance efforts. Conduct routine audits of personnel files and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate employment verifications and other employment-related requests. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace questions. Partner with recruiting efforts by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Assist with employee relations matters and escal complex issues as appropriate. Collaborate with payroll, benefits providers, and other third-party vendors to support HR operations. Track HR projects, deadlines, and compliance-related initiatives. Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support HR and business objectives. Coordinate exit interview processes and maintain separation documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of HR Generalist or related human resources experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish required; must be comfortable providing verbal and written communication in both languages. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience working with HRIS systems and employee record management. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
