Join Our Kitchen Family Part-Time Grill Clerk (Kitchen Clerk) (Melville) Love being part of a fast-paced, bustling kitchen? Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace in Melville is looking for a part -time Grill Clerk to help prepare delicious dishes and keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you enjoy grilling meats and vegetables, this might be a great position for you! What Youll Be Cooking Up Follow prep lists from our chefs and help set up your workstation each day Marinate and grill meats and vegetables with care, following our company recipes Measure and mix ingredients to prepare sides, sauces, and simple dishes like salads and entrees. Handle basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, and assembling dishes. Keep the kitchen sparklingwash dishes, sanitize surfaces, take out trash, and stay organized. Stock and label ingredients so everything is easy to find and ready to go. Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety guidelines while having fun with your team. Jump in with other kitchen tasks as needed. Who Were Looking For 18+ years old with at least 1 year of experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen. Knowledgeable about health and safety rules in a kitchen environment. Comfortable using kitchen tools and utensils with skill and confidence. A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and thrive in a busy environment.
