Overview Position: Patient Service Specialist Location: 105 N. Keene Street, Suite 101, Columbia, MO 65201 Type of Employment: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday (4 days 7am to 5pm; 1 day 7am to 11am) Compensation: $18.00 - $19.50/hour When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and able to adjust effectively within a dynamic workflow. They demonstrate strong organizational skills, maintain consistent follow-up, and possess excellent professional verbal and written communication abilities.
