We are looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-energy environment where quality and speed matter. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality burgers and ensuring every order is cooked to the customer’s requested temperature while maintaining consistency, safety, and great presentation.

As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for multitasking in a busy kitchen, managing multiple orders at once, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You must strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times, ensuring all food is prepared to company and health code standards. A top-performing candidate takes pride in their work, communicates effectively with the team, and helps maintain smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Responsibilities:

• Cook burgers and grill items to customer-specified temperatures with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Multitask and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
• Keep grill station clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely order completion
• Support overall kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment
• Deliver high-quality food and excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on grilling
• Strong understanding of food safety guidelines and kitchen best practices
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Level-headed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
