Job Summary The FF&E Coordinator supports the Facilities team by coordinating furniture, equipment, office moves, maintenance, and day-to-day facility needs across the firm. Responsibilities Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for building systems as needed. Coordinate with external vendors for the ordering, delivery, and installation of furniture, equipment, and appliances. Coordinate office moves following the completion of buildouts. Assist with day-to-day facility-related requests and needs. Qualifications Organization: Ability to manage multiple facility requests, repairs, and projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees, management, and external vendors. Problem Solving: Ability to respond to facility issues and help coordinate solutions with minimal disruption to business operations. Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively with others, take initiative, and follow through on assigned tasks. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
