Senior Tax Associate (Family Office)

Sandella Sova is proud to partner with a family office in Denver. The Tax department is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to backfill a retirement. The role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse set of business holdings, including Partnerships, S-Corps, Trusts, and High Net Worth owners. You'd be deeply involved in the tax return process, surrounded by world-class talent in a sophisticated environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal and multi-state income tax returns Prepare and review tax work papers for S-Corp, LLCs and individuals Review and amend tax returns Assist with process improvement initiatives Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required CPA preferred . Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred. 3+ years of tax experience in compliance for pass-through entities and/or partnerships. Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems (e.g., OneSource, Corptax, Oracle). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
