About the Role
This role is ideal for Human Resources graduates or early-career professionals with 12 years of HR experience who are eager to thrive in a publicly listed, multinational corporate environment. In this role, you will gain comprehensive, hands-on exposure across various Human Capital Management (HCM) modules while supporting our daily Americas operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is required to facilitate daily business communication and alignment with our corporate Headquarters.
- Hands-on Learner: Ready to roll up your sleeves and build well-rounded experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solver: Analytical and proactive mindset driven to apply knowledge to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, background checks, and orientation logistics; support exit interview administration.
- HR Admin & Records: Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data; process forms, update records, and support internal audits.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with planning company events, recognition programs, and employee initiatives; draft internal communications.
- Compliance & Reporting: Help track federal/state labor law compliance; compile basic HR metrics (headcount, turnover, onboarding data) utilizing Excel.
