Este emocionante puesto ofrece la oportunidad de liderar programas de impacto que abordan la inseguridad alimentaria y ofrecen servicios de apoyo esenciales. Responsabilidades Coordinar las operaciones diarias de los programas de distribución de alimentos y los servicios de apoyo. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de divulgación para involucrar a la comunidad y aumentar la participación en los programas. Los voluntarios supervisores aseguran la eficacia de la ejecución del programa. Supervisar la eficacia del programa y preparar informes para las partes interesadas y las fuentes de financiación. Colaborar con organizaciones y agencias locales para mejorar la oferta de servicios. Colaborar en las campañas de recaudación de fondos y en la solicitud de subvenciones para asegurar la financiación necesaria. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de salud y seguridad en todas las actividades del programa. Ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional a los clientes y mantener un ambiente acogedor. Requisitos Se prefiere una licenciatura en trabajo social, gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro o un campo relacionado. Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en coordinación de programas o operaciones de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro. Sólidas habilidades organizativas y multitarea, con atención al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para involucrar a poblaciones diversas. Dominio de la suite Microsoft Office y experiencia en sistemas de gestión de datos. Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo tardes y fines de semana según sea necesario. Pasión por el servicio comunitario y compromiso con la lucha contra la inseguridad alimentaria.
