Take charge and lead in addressing problems, opportunities and other "hot spots" in a quick, decisive and effective mannerDiscrepancy Resolution/Strong comfort level with conflict resolutionGeneral Financial and business UnderstandingCompliance and Regulatory Requirement AwarenessGeneral Contract ReviewManage development projects for Key Accounts & product managementWork with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools including marketing materials and promotional programs, plus training of the sales force and distribution channelsConduct and facilitate regular customer meetings – traveling to customer sites as neededQualifications/Requirements Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products preferredFamiliarity with RF Interconnect products, coaxial cables &/or related productsFamiliarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials and process specificationsHighly motivated, self-starting personality with desire to directly impact the success of the companyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective Communication and excellent Presentation skillsBS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assembliesCommercial business experience a plus3-5 years' experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing environment desiredWe are pleased to provide high-quality, competitive and comprehensive benefits for our employees.
