Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Admin who will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both development and administrative tasks within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Configure Salesforce features including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and flows
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages
- Perform data management tasks including data imports, exports, and data quality maintenance
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and maintenance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and development
