Cash Management Operations Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cash Management Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Cash Management Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Cash Management Department supporting customer service and operational excellence. Job Title: Cash Management Operations Analyst Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $35 - 41/hr What's the Job? Perform operational support duties for the Cash Management Department to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide WebEx product training to customers and Bank personnel on cash management products and services. Assist with user testing for upgrades and new product development to enhance service offerings. Support customer setups, monitor product usage, and resolve system issues within authorized limits. Coordinate and support audits and examinations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. What's Needed? Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Excellent communication skills to provide clear training and support to clients and team members. Technical aptitude to assist with system testing and troubleshooting. Experience in customer service or operational support within a financial environment is preferred.
