Travel RN - Home Health

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for our client in Shepherdsville, KY! Please apply if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Three-Month Contract, possibility of an extension
Pay: $50.00 to $ 55.92/hour
Location: Shepherdsville, KY 40165
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 32 hours/week guaranteed
On-Call: One weekend per month
Coverage Areas: Shepherdsville, Bullitt County, and Jefferson County, KY
Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits, from the first patient to the last patient.

Responsibilities of the Travel RN:

• Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) admissions, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing patient visits

• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Deliver high-quality, compliant home health patient care while promoting positive patient outcomes

Qualifications for the Travel RN:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Home Health nursing experience required

• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a home health setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus

• OASIS documentation experience preferred

Dress Code: Professional scrubs (any solid color)
