Organization: Wellness Care — A Wellness Group Company Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer Status: Full-Time | Immediate Need About Wellness Care Wellness Care is a next-generation chronic care and transitional care management platform dedicated to transforming how patients are supported before, during, and after clinical encounters. Operating nationally, Wellness Care delivers Medicare-covered Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Transitional Care Management (TCM) through coordinated care teams — united around one mission: ensuring no patient is ever left behind. We are in an ambitious national growth phase and are building the team to match. Position Summary The Marketing Manager will serve as the primary marketing leader for Wellness Care: owning the brand, the creative, the campaigns, and the full patient and provider marketing lifecycle from strategy through execution. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO. This person will be the creative and strategic voice of Wellness Care day-to-day. This will include developing content, directing creative assets, managing campaigns, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's mission and quality standard. They will be supported by The Wellness Group's broader marketing team for technology, analytics, and enterprise-level resources, but will own Wellness Care's marketing identity independently. The ideal candidate is an experienced, versatile marketing professional who is equally comfortable developing a brand story, writing compelling copy, briefing a designer, launching a campaign, and reviewing performance data. Someone who leads with creativity, executes with discipline, and thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Direction Own the Wellness Care brand — voice, visual identity, tone, and creative standards across all channels and materials. Direct and manage all creative output: digital and print assets, video content, social media graphics, patient education materials, provider‑facing collateral, and presentation decks. Brief, manage, and provide feedback to internal designers, freelancers, and agency partners to ensure all creative is on‑brand, on‑time, and on‑brief. Develop and maintain brand guidelines that can be applied consistently across Wellness Care's national footprint. Content & Copywriting Write and edit compelling copy across all formats — website, email, social media, advertising, patient communications, provider outreach, and press. Develop a content strategy that builds awareness, educates patients and providers about CCM/TCM, and drives enrollment. Create patient‑facing educational content that is clinically accurate, empathetic, and accessible to a broad audience. Develop provider and referral partner materials that clearly communicate Wellness Care's value proposition and program outcomes. Campaign Management & Execution Plan, build, and execute full‑cycle marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, direct mail, and event channels. Manage campaign calendars, creative timelines, audience targeting, and deployment — from concept through performance review. Launch and manage patient acquisition campaigns designed to drive CCM/TCM enrollment across Wellness Care's national markets. Support provider and health system outreach campaigns that grow referral volume and strengthen clinical partnerships. Digital & Social Media Own Wellness Care's social media presence — content planning, publishing, community management, and growth across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Manage the Wellness Care website — content updates, SEO, landing pages, and conversion optimization — in partnership with the TWG technology team. Support paid digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic) with creative assets and landing page strategy. Marketing Operations & Performance Partner with The Wellness Group marketing team on CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting infrastructure. Track and report on key marketing performance metrics: brand awareness, lead generation, campaign ROI, patient acquisition cost, and enrollment conversion. Maintain HIPAA‑compliant practices across all patient‑facing marketing communications and data handling. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and creative production timelines efficiently. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with clinical, operations, and business development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect Wellness Care's programs and patient outcomes. Collaborate with The Wellness Group marketing team to leverage enterprise resources, shared tools, and cross‑brand learnings. Represent the Wellness Care brand at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements as needed. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated ownership of brand, creative, and campaign execution. Strong creative instincts — an eye for design, a talent for storytelling, and the ability to produce and direct compelling content across formats. Excellent writing and editing skills with proven ability to craft copy that is clear, engaging, and audience‑appropriate. Experience managing creative production — briefing designers, managing freelancers or agencies, and maintaining brand consistency. Proven track record planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns from strategy through results. Proficiency with digital marketing tools — email platforms, social media management, CMS, and basic analytics. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball. Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance as it applies to patient‑facing marketing and healthcare communications. Preferred Experience in healthcare, chronic care management, telehealth, or patient‑facing marketing environments. Familiarity with CCM, TCM, Medicare programs, or provider referral network marketing. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to support creative direction and rapid asset production. Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta) in a healthcare‑compliant context. Comfort operating as a solo marketing lead within a high‑growth, startup‑style environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. At six months, Wellness Care's marketing presence is visibly stronger — campaigns are running with creative precision, patient and provider materials are polished and effective, and social and digital channels reflect a brand that is confident, trustworthy, and growing.
