Position Overview The Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive sales revenue growth worldwide. The Senior Product Manager owns a group of product lines, from developing the commercialization strategy for global market launches to planning the product’s end-of-life. What you will do Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs. Develop product positioning, create marketing collateral, and demonstrate clinical/economic value proposition. Create effective digital and printed sales tools highlighting key product features and benefits. Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers. Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of assigned product lines. Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures. Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and the distributors. Analyze and monitor sales data to illustrate product and market performance. Evaluate new business and product opportunities. Design and implement key regional strategies. Align business needs with demand planning. Develop strategies that optimize sales growth. Conduct competitive market research and analyses. Grow product/brand awareness through social media. Advocate and participate in the company’s Quality system, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality. Identify and groom Key Opinion Leaders as advocates for the company. Skills for Success Bachelor's Degree required. Five or more years of relevant marketing or sales experience in medical devices. Strategic and analytical thinker. Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment. Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications. Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders. Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication, and presentation skills. Financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management. Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans.
