About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for International Marketing to play a pivotal role in the global effort to protect vulnerable people from violence. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the adoption of the company's global marketing strategy, campaign frameworks, and brand standards across all international Advancement Offices. This includes ensuring consistent implementation, integrating various marketing channels, and providing the necessary tools and training for local teams. The role also involves regional team development, fostering a culture of craft excellence, and serving as the primary link between global marketing strategy and local execution. The VP will be expected to have a strong background in marketing leadership, particularly in an international or multi-market context, and a deep expertise in campaign and channel strategy. Applicants for the Vice President, International Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including international or multi-market leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading regional teams, as well as experience in partnering with fundraising or revenue leadership. Deep expertise in campaign frameworks, brand standards deployment, and channel strategy across international markets is essential. The role demands an individual with exceptional cross-cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse global stakeholders. A mature orthodox Christian faith, as defined by the Apostles' Creed, is also a critical requirement for this position.
