Hiring: Client Engagement Manager (CEM) / Delivery Leader – Insurance Domain
Location: Jersey City, NJ
We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Manager (CEM) / Delivery Leader with extensive experience managing large-scale Insurance technology engagements. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive client success, delivery excellence, business growth, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
Key Requirements:
✔️ 20+ years of IT experience managing large Application, Infrastructure, and Cloud engagements
✔️ 10+ years of experience serving clients in the Insurance industry
✔️ Strong background in Investments, Actuarial, and Corporate Systems (highly preferred)
✔️ Proven experience managing CXO/SVP-level client relationships
✔️ Expertise in Program Management, Delivery Governance, and Account Growth
✔️ Experience supporting sales initiatives, leading RFPs, and developing client solutions
✔️ Strong understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management
✔️ Ability to collaborate with Architecture, Delivery, and Business Leadership teams
✔️ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage strategic client engagements within the Insurance sector
Drive delivery excellence across Applications, Infrastructure, and Cloud services
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, delivery teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders
Oversee vulnerability management initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise risk and compliance requirements
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction
Support business development efforts, account expansion, and new logo acquisition
Provide strategic guidance to technical and business teams.
