1.000 Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our international faith-based organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Position Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
- A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth.

- Proven experience as a Network Admin or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network security and firewall management.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
