We are a leading civil construction contractor providing comprehensive construction services for residential and commercial clients. Our expertise includes complete site development, earthwork, grading, paving, underground utilities, concrete construction, demolition, striping, and signage, delivering projects from start to finish.

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating process for civil and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating earthwork, utility, concrete, paving, and infrastructure projects while helping drive accurate, competitive bids and successful project delivery.

Job Details

Qualifications:

10+ years of estimating experience in civil construction
Experience with sitework, underground utilities, earthwork, paving, and concrete
Strong takeoff, bidding, and cost analysis skills
Ability to collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams
HCSS
