HVAC Service Estimator & Proposal Coordinator Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and commercially focused HVAC Service Estimator & Proposal Coordinator to support a growing service and maintenance team. This role serves as a key liaison between field technicians, customers, vendors, and operations, helping ensure accurate estimates, timely proposals, and seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Review technician reports, service notes, and site photos to develop repair and replacement estimates - Prepare accurate labor, material, and equipment cost estimates - Source pricing and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors - Draft, submit, and track professional proposals and repair quotes - Coordinate sold-job handoffs to service and operations teams - Manage purchase orders, equipment lead times, and material tracking - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding estimates and proposal status - Maintain estimating logs, CRM/COINS records, and support process improvement initiatives Qualifications: - 2-5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating, service coordination, proposal writing, or field service operations - Strong understanding of commercial and/or residential HVAC systems, equipment, and repair practices - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, CRM systems, and estimating software - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities What’s Offered: - Competitive hourly pay - PTO, paid holidays, and sick time - Hybrid work schedule available after introductory period - Company-provided laptop and cellphone - Health insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits Ref: #673-STS Denver
