Position Title: Full-Time Urologist

Location: Ashtabula, OH

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Urologist to join our practice in Ashtabula, OH . This position includes a mix of both clinic and scheduled surgeries , offering an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded practice. We offer flexibility in scheduling, with options for 5 eight-hour shifts per week or 4 ten-hour shifts per week to best fit your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of urological procedures, with a focus on vasectomies , in addition to other common urological surgeries.

• Provide patient care in a busy clinic setting , with a steady volume of consultations and follow-up appointments.

• Manage a reasonable call schedule of 10 or fewer days per month , with support from the local healthcare network.

• Collaborate with a dedicated medical team, including support staff and fellow specialists, to provide comprehensive care.

• Opportunity to onboard APP (Advanced Practice Provider) support in the future, enhancing workflow and expanding your capacity to care for patients.

Schedule Options:

• Flexible scheduling options: 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week, allowing you to choose the structure that best fits your professional and personal needs.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist.

• Required experience performing vasectomies and other standard urological procedures.

• Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop lasting relationships with patients and staff.

Call Expectations:

• On-call duties will be limited to 10 days or fewer per month.

• Call is shared amongst a small group, ensuring manageable expectations.
