Urology Physician Opportunity
Average number of office/clinic patients per day: 17-20 (non negotiable)
Facility utilizes DaVinci surgical robotic system
Full-time negotiable schedule
Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
On call 10 days per month
Well Defined Referral Source from our Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
2 Current Urologists in the Group
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
Equipment: PVR Scanner
EMR - EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Sign on bonus (negotiable)
Relocation allowance, if applicable
3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
Medical School Loan Repayment - Negotiable
CME credit
Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, Board Eligible, State License Requirements Ohio
