Maintenance Manager

The beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott, East Peoria, has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager . This role is responsible for the property's daily and preventive maintenance as well as remodeling projects when needed. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, first shift with flexibility for other shifts depending on demand. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Managing daily maintenance of a 111-room property Overseeing and handling preventative maintenance initiatives Hands‑on involvement with remodeling and refurbishing projects Installing new equipment Light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and systems troubleshooting and repairs Collaborating with sub‑contracts as needed Monitoring the department budget and controlling expenses Maintaining the pool and accompanying equipment Who We Are Frontier Hospitality Group has been established for over 75 years with eight hotels across four fantastic brands.
