Seeking an experienced Insurance Contracting & Commissions Manager to lead agent onboarding, licensing, and commission operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong insurance industry experience and leadership skills to manage and develop a growing team. Job Summary The Manager, Agent Contracting and Commissions (ACC) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, strategy, and performance of the agent contracting and commissions function. This individual ensures the accurate setup, maintenance, and compensation of producers in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and contractual agreements. The Manager works closely with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to strengthen agency relationships and deliver an exceptional agent experience. Responsibilities Develop and enforce standards for agent onboarding, licensing, appointments, contracting changes, commission and override assignments, and terminations Administer agent contracting changes, including updates to agreements, agent hierarchies, compensation schedules, and business relationships Oversee agent termination and offboarding activities, ensuring timely system updates and compliance Conduct inbound and outbound calls with agents, general agents, regional managers, and internal teams to verify appointment, contracting, and termination activities Manage state licensing records, including processing forms, tracking renewals, and addressing compliance issues Maintain and administer third-party vendor systems and company records, ensuring proper access, updates, invoicing, and agent lifecycle management Oversee agency communications, ensuring templates are current and accurate Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience with insurance agent contracting, licensing, and appointments required Professional insurance designation preferred (e.g., SILA-A, SILA-F, FLMI, CLU, CPCU) Experience with EXL LifePRO preferred Benefits Compressed 4½-day work week (Half-Day Fridays) No monthly premium cost for employee medical, life, and disability insurance Paid time off with rollover and paid holidays Competitive 401(k) plan with immediate vesting Discounted on-site cafeteria On-site fitness facility and company-provided exercise time Tuition reimbursement and training incentives Optional dental and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
