This role is responsible for selling new policies through inbound calls, assisting customers with coverage questions, explaining insurance options in a clear and understandable way, and providing ongoing support throughout the customer journey. The Insurance Agent works in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and contributes to a collaborative, team-focused culture centered on trust, service, and customer success.This position is based in Omaha, NE, with a hybrid work structure following training (50% in-office, including designated team days). Training is conducted 100% in-office. A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required for remote work days.
