Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 2nd Shift, 4PM to 4am

Pay Rate: $23/hr - $26/hr (depending on experience) $2 shift differential

Location: Dayton, Ohio 45404

Experience: 2+ Years of CNC experience, preferred Mori Seki/Hwacheon machine experience, and Fanuc Controls experience

Competitive Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour. $2 shift differential

Core Responsibilities In this role, you will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate high-quality aerospace parts.

Setup & Operation: Manage Mori Seki/Hwacheon (Fanuc) single and multi-spindle lathes and mills.

Production: Load parts, cycle machines, and run production lots within a cell environment.

Maintenance: Perform milling, turning, drilling, and de-burring while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Quality Control: Inspect machined products using precision instruments and document results to meet quality standards.

Collaboration: Detect malfunctions (like worn tooling) and communicate effectively with the team regarding production runs.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, Fanuc systems, and basic math.

Experience: Proven background in CNC machining, specifically with lathes.

Measurement: Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

Mindset: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and strong technical/mechanical capacity.
