Controls Project Manager | Data Center Commissioning & Automation

Location: Atlanta, GA

Join a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge hyperscale data center projects. We are seeking a Controls Project Manager with a strong background in building automation, controls, commissioning, and mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Manage delivery of BMS/BAS and EPMS controls systems from design through project closeout
Coordinate controls vendors, contractors, and commissioning teams
Support system testing, startup, commissioning, and issue resolution
Review controls, electrical, and mechanical drawings
Troubleshoot field devices, control panels, alarms, networks, and interfaces
Track deficiencies, punch lists, corrective actions, and turnover documentation
Support owner witness testing, integrated systems testing, and commissioning activities

Required Experience

10+ years of experience managing controls, automation, commissioning, or construction projects
Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, or large infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of BMS, BAS, EPMS, controls systems, and field troubleshooting
Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and controls documentation
Experience working in active construction and commissioning environments

Preferred Experience

Ignition SCADA, Allen-Bradley PLCs, BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP
Data center commissioning, failure mode testing, and integrated systems testing
Procore, Bluebeam, SharePoint, or commissioning management platforms
OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, or related safety certifications
